  Went in to simply get new tires put on rims, after about an hour or so one of the employees brings a paper over to me and informs me that i have a caliper seized and dragging and that it is dangerous to drive on; on the spot he quoted me $968 dollars to fix it right then. I told him absolutely not and i would be doing it myself. I drove there and there was no issue. Then driving home it was hellish squealing and grinding. I have a wired dash-cam that records audio, no grinding before changing tires. Then after being in the shop for an hour it grinds really loud.

  Scammers. My son took his car in for an alignment after going in the ditch. First they told him he needed 4 new tires, the one tire had some wear from the bad alignment but the other 3 were great shape, they have less than 10000 miles on them. Then quoted him $1400 for new front end parts. I knew they wouldn't do the alignment if anything needed replaced so prior to taking it in i put it on jacks and inspected everything and had no play anywhere. I know they are trained to upsell but they need to read their audience. A 17 year old kid with a winter beater isnt it. I went in the next day to get an explanation and they gave me a 3hr wait time with one customer in the waiting room. This place is a joke

  My mother took her 2015 Kia Optima to Belle Tire on Pickard August 29 2025 simply to have her tires rotated and balanced. After they completed the rotation she was given a estimate for a new power steering pump, labor, fluid, etc. to the tune of $2000. Fine. HOWEVER neither her Optima nor ANY Optima made after 2011 has a power steering pump. It is a fully electric power steering system. NO pump, NO fluid. They quoted her for parts that her car DOES NOT HAVE! And if that wasn't bad enough, The "power steering pump" that they quoted her for $1,370 has the part number listed on the estimate. The part number is for the High Pressure Fuel Pump (a part the car actually has) BUT DOES NOT NEED. They literally tried to rob her. I didn't think anyone would try to get away with this type of non sense in 2025 but they sure as hell tried. Please do not bring your vehicle here. There is no telling how many people they have scammed this way.

  Rob, Dana, Jack, and the whole team were amazing. They helped me get new tires on my Jeep Wrangler and took great care of everything. They even rewired my license plate light for free as a thank you for getting tires with them. I stayed while they worked on my Jeep, and everything went smooth with no problems. Super helpful crew and really good service!
