You robbed me of my money and time. When I called you you confirmed you knew. And you still charged me and allowed me to use. Shame on you for you stealing money and time from valued customers. This is unacceptable. I will never use your services again. You can keep your free wash voucher you offered. What a complete disgrace and disappointment. Such disservice. If I were your boss, I would fire you immediately. And if you are the boss / manager, you should look for work elsewhere.
