We knew something wasn't right, but where do you go at 3 pm on a Saturday right after Christmas. By chance we were by an exit for Tuffys Tire shop and they were still open! Will they see us? Is there a line? Can our issue even be fixed here? Lucky for us, there was No line and they found our issue right away! We weren't looking to purchase new tires, but this place was so kind to us! The ladies inside welcomed us and chatted with us while we waited. We talked enough to tell them we're teachers and got a discount! The mechanics did a great job getting us back on the road quickly and we felt safe to continue our trip! (Minus the ice storm that awaited us the next day. Hey, ya can't have it all!) Wish we had this place closer to is. Highly recommend!
- GSGavin SDec 29, 20255.0I had to get my Ford Fusion headlights changed out, while pricey it’s understandable as they had to drop the front bumper (I can’t stand newer vehicles :,) ) but they were great, fast, and did a good job. I attempted to change the headlights myself at home but after my jack collapsed I decided to just let a shop do it rather than risk losing an arm or my life for a headlight.
- CCChris CapDec 27, 20251.0Went there for an alignment and it came out worse..got there at 8 am didn't leave till 10..the guy drove it 3 times and each time it went back into the shop ,clearly something wasn't right ,then they wanted to rotate my tires! fine i said,cracked lug nuts and shot me a price of 100 and something to replace them..no thanks ... after all that I paid and truck pulls to the right and it did not when I dropped it off ..called them when I left the lady was nice and professional and said to bring it back next week and the could try to remedy it..my point is I dont have the time ..ugh
