We called corporate and my only option was to change my vehicle package and drive all the way to Freeland. No compensation, upgrade, or anything other than an "I'm so sorry". The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful I am not upset with any customer service I received. I'm upset that I was able to book a slot that did not exist and am forced to drive an hour out of the way and change the rental car to save our vacation. Update: Im awaiting a call from the regional manager. After getting to Freeland I was told there's no car for me, I drove over 100 miles today just to end up empty handed. As far as going on your site and stuff we're already there, things are moving slow for how urgent this is. This is my first time taking a vacation and it's now become very stressful Update 2: it's Monday, I was supposed to leave at 4 am. Still no call and I got to the Mt pleasant branch and was told there's no car for me till later.
