- PWPatrick WroblewskiOct 22, 20255.0I recently bought my RV at the fall RV show. So on October 16th my wife and I decided to take our first camping trip to Algonac state park. While disconnecting my camper I accidentally pulled the brake away cable from the camper. When we left the campground on October 18th the trailer brakes were locked up. I called this particular General Rv and explained my predicament. They explained to me how to get back on the road. When I arrived at their dealership they were nothing but amazing! Very helpful and friendly they didnt just fix my camper they fixed it quickly and they helped me adjust my trailer brakes. All this was done in less than half hour. I couldn't recommend any other dealership to bring your camper for maintenance they were just absolutely outstanding!!!

She was patient, knowledgeable, and unlike so many of the RV reps (even some general) she wasn’t pushy to get the sale. She talked with us, gave us what we needed and then my wife and I went to a whole other part of the show. We made our decision and went back to Chelsea. We don’t want any other rep just her! She made the whole process care free and after 9 hours of being there she was understanding for sure! If you (or us for sure) need a new camper see Chelsea in Birch Run and she will absolutely take great care of you!
