- BWBill ward2 days ago1.0Only oil I will allow in my vehicle is valvoline but there service could need some training badly. I had them install windshield wipers one time when I had an oil change they didn’t click them on all the way so during winter one fell off driving and cracked my windshield. Went to them and told them well we will replace wiper but nothing we can do about windshield even though there fault. So just choose your store wisely and check your car after

Filed a claim they topped it off and it was back low the very next day! Saying it’s an internal issue (meaning my engine) they definitely did something and now it’s going to cost me who knows how much to get it fixed! As a single mother and full time student this is a SERIOUS inconvenience at best! Never had issues with the previous owners! Annoyed disappointed and enraged all in one! Go somewhere else if your going to get an oil change!!!

Our Tek, whose name is Angel and a couple other of the technicians all helped us look for the cat ultimately was found underneath the front seat. Everyone did so much to help us try and find the cat. And then went back to their work and did an excellent job changing the oil in fluid on our 2018 Ford Explorer. Everything was perfect at this Location.

When I first went there a few years after ago (right after Magic Lube left), I swore I wouldn’t go back because the workers all seemed like little kids. Totally different now.
