  I love coming here… They provide a great wash most of the time and I also love using their free vacuum services for my vehicles. However I would suggest that they introduce interior cleaning. At least install a machine that can wash /clean up carpets. Favorably review prices for your unlimited wash packages as well as that would help in maintaining your customer bases…I would recommend.

  I love coming here at least once a week while in town, sometimes twice a week. Enjoy having a clean vehicle on a regular basis. Quite quick to go through. Easy to vacuum your car mats too.

  We spent $28 dollars Saturday for a car wash. After getting out of the vehicle we noticed the tailgate was still just as dirty and bird poop still on the glass. We went back and they ran us through again with the same results. This is a nicely kept 2020 Traverse. It was our wedding anniversary and we were going to dinner that evening and I didn't want to go in a SLIGHTLY dirty vehicle.

  Kind of upsetting, it’s never a consistent wash. You either don’t get sprayed off in the beginning or it’s half ass. When I questioned a worker why they weren’t spraying off cars he said it’s to keep the line moving. I don’t like paying for a half ass service. I’ll wait the extra few minutes to get the wash im paying for. The other issue is that the equipment isn’t working 100%. Some of the brushes aren’t working (it’s been weeks) and the high pressure rinse hasn’t been spraying 100% for months. I guess if you’re getting the cheapest membership and get at least 4 washes a month it’s still better than the alternatives Monroe has to offer.

  Maybe you should teach you employees not to lie a week ago or so the wife and I wanted to look into a membership we asked your associate if the membership was available for both vehicles 3 times we asked him that and all 3 times his answer was yes yes it will cover both vehicles so I stopped in there today just get my vehicle washed and the lady told me it only covers one vehicle that is bullshit We don't go to the car wash enough times in a month with one vehicle so why would we want to pay for a membership if both vehicles weren't covered that is a waste of money and really bad business on your end for having employees like that to lie just to make a dollar
