- PRPhil RossiApr 3, 20261.0I was supposed to have a full size car for rental but instead “this is the only car we have available” was what I was told. I had to drive a Honda civic. I had trouble getting into, driving, and getting out of that car! I called to switch out for full size and again was told that it’s the only car available. Not happy with the customer service! I will not use this company again. The car was filthy when I got in it also! I had to adjust the seat and handles were sticky! It looked like someone spilled a soft drink down the driver side door that left a sticky trail from the window down to floor. This rental was paid for by the business that damaged my own car and paid for by them(Walmart), so customer service was not met to fit my needs!
