  It's the smallest Pilot Truckstop and has 10 parking spaces no food choices but Subway will UPDATE after a shower UPDATE took a shower and was tiny little shower no toilet in shower and so small that you have protect your shoes and other items from getting wet come on Pilot we can do better than this but choosing to stay the same you guys better get your act together the others are coming for YOU.

  Came to get Subway tonight, and I am extremely disappointed and very irritated and how I was treated, walked up there was an older lady working on a sub. no hello or anything she just said you're going to have to wait I'm busy right now I said that's okay take your time she didn't say anything back she kept slamming stuff around had such an attitude when she finally got to me I could just tell that she was mad about making my sub. And it wasnt even busy when i walked in. Even though she gave me an attitude from the beginning I was still trying to be nice make small talk I get it people have bad days I was very polite. She barely responded to me and you can tell the way she made my son that there was just such an attitude behind it. If you're going to act like you don't want to do your job then quit .. there's plenty of other people who would be willing to work and treat their customers right. severe lack of customer service at this Subway location that's how you treat your customers who are spending money? Train your employees better. Lost my business.

  Filled 250 gallons of diesel about $800 in my truck & bought drinks from their location in afternoon and still faced racism and treated like a crap by those 2 ladies working at front cash. Those ladies got Worst attitude problem. Out of one young lady with piercing was pretty rude as i was just asking for the monster drink deal from another woman @ customer service desk. Looks like they’re frustrated with their job & don’t like serving drivers like me. I was not in mood to argue with her but if you were in canada i would have taught u a good customer service lesson the way you behaved today whole i was talking to another cashier. Normally, long lineups at their fuel islands on weekdays but i never complain but today was so upset with their shitty rude attitude at customer service desk. Never stopping at this cheap location and facing those rude people in future. Their are many other pilot locations in this area for fueling and for good food. 1 star ⭐️ for cheap diesel only.

  Taylor is working I feel bad for her because she's always cleaning and when there is a customer she stops cleaning and helps them. You have good employees that are mean to each other and not positive energy. When I come in there and Taylor's not working it not clean
