  Maybe you should teach you employees not to lie a week ago or so the wife and I wanted to look into a membership we asked your associate if the membership was available for both vehicles 3 times we asked him that and all 3 times his answer was yes yes it will cover both vehicles so I stopped in there today just get my vehicle washed and the lady told me it only covers one vehicle that is bullshit We don't go to the car wash enough times in a month with one vehicle so why would we want to pay for a membership if both vehicles weren't covered that is a waste of money and really bad business on your end for having employees like that to lie just to make a dollar

  They have no one outside controlling the traffic at the gates. Everyone fights over who is first and flips each other off and lays the horn. It’s out of control and absurd. You can’t just let multiple cars through a gate and expect them to not lose it when they think it’s their turn or not.

  Terrible car wash i ask for my running boards to be cleaned every time I come in and I have to go through the car wash 2 or 3 times to get them done I asked the employee about it he said the manager told him not to do running boards if they are busy I come to this car was about 2 or 3 times a month and have a monthly membership that I pay over 40 dollars for to have a dirty car I will be taking my business elsewhere

  Had these guys since Utah here in Michigan they SUCK! Absolutely garbage! If I could give them a 1 I would. Oversold can’t ever get into their place to wash and wasted two months now of payments to barely get one wash each time!!!! Absolutely garbage and damaged my vehicle twice! Called to cancel my sub. And nobody answers just ridiculous here can’t say even 1 star is saying it correctly!

  Finally canceled monthly membership after going several months without being able to use since the line is so outrageous. Loved the service and convenience, however paying $40 a month and not ever using it, I couldn’t take it any longer. Even on days when the line was somewhat shorter, waiting when there were 2 to 4 gates caused so much anxiety because everyone fights to be first, I hate it to go and stopped going. Not trying to be rude, but what is the point of forcing an attendant to stand outside if they’re not going to direct traffic.
