The facility was spotless and everything ran smoothly! After going through the wash and vacuuming my car, my vehicle suddenly wouldn’t start. I went to the office, and Ethan immediately offered to help. He personally came out and assisted me with a jumpstart, and after about 30 minutes, I was back on the road! I truly appreciate Ethan’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond. It’s clear Mister Car Wash is in great hands with him leading the team!
