  The Jeep in front of me jumped off the track and my car hit his trailer hitch causing damage to my bumper. They put the car so close together and will not accept responsibility. I have to file a claim on my insurance. I wouldn't recommend going here and I will not ever go through there again

  At 1st, I was super excited. I was coming with no membership. Now, I opted for the most expensive membership since it would save me money every month and i new with the winter I would come more for the salt. But it doesnt have a family plan to save money for more then one car. The line is always long, the cars are crammed in so very close that if not paying attention there could be a collision at the end. Since I started paying for my membership I have noticed the cleanliness of my car is so below average. There are still bugs stuck to the car and now in the winter salt...Now they never prespray my car before it goes thru (they did with no membership) the air dry at the end still leaves water on my windshield and my car, and my rims arent clean. With the technology you would think the drying system would be so much better and with opting for the most expensive plan you would think there would be perks such as prespraying plus extra spray the suv back window that doesnt come clean going thru the wash. I would have hoped for a much better outcome of a clean car after going thru. Very dissapointed. There are always water spots and sometimes soap even after coming out of the wash. Bummed. Really wanted to continue using this place. Its not as great as I thought for a membership and returning customers. The cleanliness and drying of the car have went down over the past few months. Pros: staff are friendly usually and the vacuum system has two sizes. Cons: long lines, no yielding to merge (people are insane), car not presprayed with membership, cleanliness and drying not anything to brag about.

  twice now in the last month, I have been unable to go through Mister Car Wash because the lines were so long that I waited 10 minutes and then worked my way back out of the lines because I couldn’t wait any longer and lines were moving so slowly They either need to have less people able to sign up, manage it better– which I don’t know that they can with the sheer amount of use the location is getting, or add another location in Monroe, Michigan. It’s ridiculous that you pay what you do for the ultimate wash subscription and then are unable to use it because the Management can’t properly manage the subscriptions

  I noticed the cars in front of me tipping the guy working and him spraying their cars with the wand,I didn’t tip him and didn’t get my car sprayed. I thought that’s why I was paying monthly for the highest plan to include all service. My car still comes out dirty and with soap on it. So I have to pay extra for the attendant to spray off my car before it goes through.
