From the moment I pulled out of the lot, I could feel the difference in comfort, responsiveness, and fuel efficiency. The economy mode in particular was a standout feature.. it saved me a significant amount on gas, which is no small thing in today’s climate. Whether I was cruising through city streets or navigating longer stretches, the Rogue delivered exactly what I needed, when I needed it. It felt reliable, intuitive, and surprisingly luxurious for a mid-size SUV. But what truly elevated the experience was the team at Enterprise. Josh and Chris were phenomenal.. professional, personable, and genuinely helpful. They walked me through the process with clarity and patience, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before driving off. It’s rare to encounter staff who make you feel like more than just a transaction, and these two absolutely nailed it. Their energy and attention to detail made a lasting impression. This rental didn’t just meet my expectations.. it reshaped them. I left feeling optimistic about future rentals, which is a big shift from how I used to view the process. I will keep coming back because the employees are allowed to go above and beyond to make sure we the customers are safe, comfortable and happy with the vehicle rental. These guys were spectacular and I involved two locations switching back and forth. Very happy with customer service and the rental car did fantastic. No complaints at all. I recommend.
