Went inside to ask the gentleman if he could test the battery and he said he couldn't because it was too cold. He said 1 degree but it was more like 19 and even after explaining we were from out of town he still refused. I would give a negative star if that was an option.

This is no way to speak to a customer and this employee should be reprimanded I will likely not be back to this store again and stick with O'Reilly's after the condescending remarks the gentleman made to me like I'm a Child, I'm a grown man and I've been around long enough to know your just being disrespectful. You just lost a sale bud. By the way for anyone who's curious O'Reilly's had the part Autozone didn't have in stock for the same price and didn't hassle me about getting the part either. Much better service at O'Reilly's. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Kaden was kind enough to recommend the product I would need and then went above the norm and offered to help me put it in. The knowledge and professionalism he displayed was so helpful plus all the tips he gave me about what may have caused my problem with the car's air conditioning. Even said to come back if I had more questions. His work ethnic went way beyond being a good employee and I hope his Boss knows what a great guy he has working for him.
