- DLDave LaneDec 15, 20251.0I just walked into a completely empty store at around 10:50 am. today, Not an employee in sight. I yelled “is any one here?” 4-5 times before I finally heard a response from the back say “hold on a second” after he spoke I could see that someone was sitting at a computer way behind the counter up against the back wall. I was in the store for probably 5 minutes before I even got a response and by that time I was tired of waiting and just walked out and went to orileys down the street. He was sitting back there the whole time just ignoring me and never greeted me. In all my years of going to auto parts stores I have never had such an unprofessional experience. Won’t be coming back.

The guy who helped me checked my battery, helped me install my battery AND noticed my battery was still on warranty!!!! He saved me!!!! I had saved up money to buy tires, I was in DIRE need of tires and when the battery went it about killed me to know that I had to spend the tire money on a battery now. But BECAUSE OF HIS HELP and KNOWLEDGE I didn't have to. I could not have asked for a better experience. I do not remember his name but I will be forever grateful for him.
