  I went to Belle tire today desperately needing a plug in my tire it says on Google that they close at 6:00 but the gentleman at the desk advised me that they actually close at 5:00 please address this on Google maybe it will help other people as well

  They were able to squeeze me in two hours before closing and didn't charge me for a repair. I really appreciated the help and great service!

  I needed to have the winter tires swapped out for my summer tires, and I only have the rims that originally came with the car. I have had this done in the past at the Belle Tire when I lived in Howell with no issues. I had recently moved back to the Monroe area and decided to stick with Belle Tire. I made an 8:30am appointment. I showed up 5 minutes early, gave the counter person my keys, confirmed my appointment, and grabbed some coffee provided in the waiting area. I went to refill my coffee at 9:00am and my car was still where I parked it. I get it, stuff happens. If they were backed up from the day before, or were shorthanded because employees were sick/had family emergencies, tell me when I get there. It would have been nice to have heard, "We are a little backed up from yesterday, we will do our best to get your job done quickly." An hour and a half later, my car was ready. During the time I was waiting, I noticed no fewer than 3 employees, usually 4, behind the counter just standing around. Maybe that's their job, I don't know. When I saw my car being pulled up by the front door, I finished my coffee and made my way to the counter. I stood there for at least a minute while six employees (yes I counted) stood there chatting among themselves. Finally the young man who worked on my car motioned to the manager (I'm assuming he was the manager because he was wearing a different shirt than the others). This individual was standing there the entire time with his back to the customer (me) before he was signaled to turn around and cash me out. The service I received was fine. The feeling of being a valued customer, not so much. The are other options and I'll be exploring them this fall when its time to swap tires out again.

  Will not install struts unless h pay an arm an a leg in store for them so they can make more money “after this alignment you’ll have to come back and get another after YOU install the struts” should of seen his coworkers face after he lied thru his teeth teeth belle tire on telegraph is a joke go to discount tire across the street

  I have never bought any tires here or had any work done here I've only used their free air and it's always worked
