  Should probably train the staff better. Call and ask about parts and kid sounds like he's being interrupted and can't even give a price.

  Rich saved us!! Our battery was corroded and the terminal was a mess but he didn't give up and worked in 19° to make sure the new battery was connected and worked. He was amazing and helped us get back on the road to Pittsburgh. Thank you Rich!!

  Completely incompetent. Two stores and only the north monroe one knew what part i was looking for.. same stores but totally different employees.. ignorance is terrible for business

  Went to this location after the battery light came on. We were traveling from 2 hours away so it was already very stressful. Went inside to ask the gentleman if he could test the battery and he said he couldn't because it was too cold. He said 1 degree but it was more like 19 and even after explaining we were from out of town he still refused. I would give a negative star if that was an option.
