The manager, Bob was really nice and told me he had my batteries in stock and would be able to help install them. Thanks Bob, you really got me out of a jamb.

Rich went far beyond the call of duty to help install the battery while me and my family waited in the car. One terminal was corroded and he fought to get it removed and the battery replaced. Customer service like this is what brings customers back. When Im in town, and need anything automotive, I know where to go. Thank you for your help!
- DLDave LaneDec 15, 20251.0I just walked into a completely empty store at around 10:50 am. today, Not an employee in sight. I yelled “is any one here?” 4-5 times before I finally heard a response from the back say “hold on a second” after he spoke I could see that someone was sitting at a computer way behind the counter up against the back wall. I was in the store for probably 5 minutes before I even got a response and by that time I was tired of waiting and just walked out and went to orileys down the street. He was sitting back there the whole time just ignoring me and never greeted me. In all my years of going to auto parts stores I have never had such an unprofessional experience. Won’t be coming back.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
