  Chip technician caused a crack in the windshield from a minor chip. I spoke with the manager, Jim, who did nothing to resolve the issue. Safelite wanted me to pay $850 to replace my windshield without any acknowledgment that their technician caused the problem. I shopped around and was able to get a replacement for $530 through Belle Tire. Hopefully, no one else has a similar experience, but I would not recommend Safelite.

  Safelite replaced two broken windows in my truck and the technician came early,did it himself,he was very professional, knowledgeable, and clean.Perfect from customer service on phone to the technician that did the work,and even did the paperwork with my insurance carrier.A++ company ,thank you so much for.helping me.out doing a perfect job.Very satisfying to have such professional work done from top to bottom of company.Safelite I would buy stock in your company if I had more money,you know how to run a business,thank you Casey Mietz.

  Window leaks and the associate never vacuumed the glass off the floor at all. Very disappointed in the service.

  Had some insurance work done here, windshield replaced from a stone in 2023. About a week after replacement the little weather strip on the bottom kept coming up. Id shove it back down, it always popped up. Had been meaning to take it in to have them look at it, but two years passed by. Took it in today (2026) and they fixed the issue fast and did the small repair complimentary. They were good the first time and even better the second. Will definitely be back if ever needed. Thanks y'all!
