He went out of his way to make sure I was not charged for unused services and took steps to prevent that going forward. My contrary butt may actually sign up for the subscription anyway because if this business employees people like Max and gives them the power to truly serve their clients, this is the sort of business I want to support!!!?

Tommys manager, consider posting proper hours whether its on Google or Facebook.Two times in the past two months I have checked your hours on or before a holiday and you have later opening hours listed such as Jan 1st, and I drive out of my way after work to get a wash and your closed contrary to your listed holiday hours. This is false advertisement, which is considered unfair business practices(look it up). You listed you opened at 10 am on Jan 1st, 2026 and closed 2 hours after I was to get out of work, I went straight to your carwash 24 minutes from where I work 35 from where I live and you where closed! This makes customers resent your carwash this is not what Tommys or your franchise owner would want. Please if your going to list holiday hours actually follow those hours. Your location has a habit of not following what you have listed for hours online.

- SLShelby LaRocheNov 25, 20255.0My husband drives an F450 dually, 4 door, long box. We were skeptical when they told us it would fit. The workers lined us up perfectly. We have been to many automatic car wash stations with our other vehicle. It has never been as clean as it was going through here.
