  If you want to support a business owned and operated by stand up individuals, Tommy's is 100% the place based on my experience. Tom personally was willing to work with me in the rare event my summer car recieved damage (likely caused by the type of car, age and fragility of the part), even though it was older than their policy states. It restored my faith in humanity after I thought for sure I would have to pay out of pocket for the repair. The process of sourcing a part was not ideal, and he was kind and patient throughout the entire ordeal.

  I have had my new car for about 2 weeks and have been trying to keep it clean and in good condition so I took it too Tommy’s car wash in midland today, I wanted the best wash so I purchased The Works wash and when I got home about 20 minutes later I see a deep scratch on my driver side back door, although it’s not large sized it’s deep and the rest of the car do not get cleaned well, will not be going back

  Convient and fast. Pretty good job. I always towel dry on my own afterwards for small areas on the tailgate not totally clean from the brushes.

  Got a whole area on my passenger door missed on my GMC sierra. It's Black so you can imagine how bad it sticks out and of course you don't see it until you get home so to fix it another trip back. I don't like doing reviews this definitely isn't the first time this happened, but maybe someone can read this one and save themselves $40/mo. I only went down to 3 stars because you can't set the bar too high on a fully automatic car wash. I have a photo to upload but that's not an option apparently.

  When in doubt, Tommy's it out. Free vacuums and floor mats washers that truly get the job done, a spotlessly clean bathroom, and the people are always friendly. The manager, Tom, even came out and personally sprayed my floormats---that's customer service there. Good job and gold stars, Team Tommy's.
