The other for the company itself and it's policy on pricing. Todd gets 5 stars for the job he did. He was very meticulous and thorough. The company gets 1 star for their deceptive pricing. On my first vehicle I got 2 quotes $609 and $443. Go figure. My second vehicle first got a $389 quote and then when it was all said and done it turned out to be $449. Some people might have gone with it but when I questioned it they gave me some song and dance about additional fees including disposal of the original windshield. (Give it me and I will deal with it myself) I feel that this policy is misleading and deceptive. Other glass replacement companies give you an out-the-door price. All I can say is get ready to bail when you find out the final price and go somewhere else.
