I rescheduled for Friday 12/12/25 and they came to my significant others work place and again refused to do the service because it was too cold. They then noted they would come to our home, and never showed up. Once I called, they said that i had cancelled my appointment which never happened. Jim (manager at Safelite In Midland) was the only helpful individual in the situation. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the level of communication and customer service I received.
