  I moved back to Midland 3yrs ago and started my car needs when needed to the Midland BelleTire location. I always have had a positive experience and today another one! I was a walk in and as busy as they were they took me in and fixed my Jeep needs! The young man who worked with me was new and I can't remember his name but, his shirt said 'Adam' but was only wearing it until his shirt comes in because he was new. Kudos to him for addressing my urgent request and to the mechanic going the extra mile to satisfactory! I can't say enough about the honesty and exceptional service I receive everytime I walk in the door. I always highly recommend Belle Tire Midland and always will! Thank you again!

  Was at Bell at 7:40 this morning to get a oil change and a tire rotation told me it was gonna be an hour to an hour and a half before they be able to get me in because I had three appointments ahead of me. I said that’s fine. Come back at 10 o’clock. Truck still hasn’t moved now there’s six vehicles in the bays my truck still sitting out there untouched they said it’s first come first serve basis after appointment and I said I was the first one here so why didn’t because obviously they have six mechanics working on vehicles so one of mine should’ve been one of Those Three appointments at 8 o’clock two guys working out there very rude. I would highly recommend not going to this place I’ve been going to Bell tire for 20+ years plus all my family members. We will not be coming back. Find another place to get your tires and service. Very very sad place that could be run like this.

  I have had many negative experiences at “shops” over the years, so taking my car in for repairs and/or maintenance is always is nerve-wracking for me. Honestly, Belle Tire has been really great to work with! Adam is always so thorough and patient, explaining each action item for my car, breaking it down, etc. No “mansplaining” from him, which is super appreciated! They have also always taken such good care of our vehicles in terms of work done, and have been more than reasonable when comparing to other places. Great overall value, and wonderful experiences! It’s rare for me to review, and even more rare for me to feel rather satisfied with this sort of service!

  I have been a loyal customer of the Midland Belle Tire for more than 25 years. However, I have begun to experience unsatisfactory service lately that has me questioning their compentancy. It seems the front desk guys, not the technicians, are deciding how to work on the cars, leaving issues for which I was seeking resolutions unresolved. I recently took in my Chevrolet Equinox due to rapid loss/consumption of oil. The cause was not known. It appeared that, rather than hoisting the car for a physical inspection, they decided, instead, to just run some engine cleaner through the system, hoping that would solve the problem. The problem was not solved. Just recently I took the same car into another shop and was invited to inspect from below while it was on the hoist. I could see large streaks of oil coming from somewhere above and probably from the rear side of the engine. This was being caused by a valve cover gasket failure. Why did the guys at Belle Tire not see this? The oil stains were so obvious and abundant as to suggest a major leak. I also recently took my Ford Edge in for a brake issue. I suspected the powerboost was failing. I explained all of the symptoms to the front desk guy, emphasizing I had to push real hard on the brake pedal to try and get the car to stop. I explained I was in a dangerous situation and needed the brake issue resolved as quickly as possible. Research on line showed that all symptoms were pointing toward a brake power boost failur. The front desk guy claimed to have taken the car out for a test drive, but "didn't notice any issues". He offered to "throw spaghetti at the wall' hoping maybe something might work to resolve the problem. I walked out in disgust. I went to another shop. Their guy did research and found that a Ford recall had been issued for my particular car for failing brake power boosters. It was confirmed my car was still under the recall warranty. I took car to a nearby Ford dealer who fixed the problem at no cost. Service at the Midland Belle Tire has been very good over the years, but due to recent experiences there, I am now reluctant to ever take my car there again. I have no confidence in their expertise anymore.

  Horrible experience! I've had 2 alignments here and both ate up 2, not 1 but 2 perfect tires! I had the warrant which ran out in October so I took it down for the second alignment in September...slow leak begain recently which I had looked at yesterday and was told I have cords showing on the inside of my tire. Now mind you my tires are expensive and Im on a fixed income so money doesn't come by easily. I think they need to replace my tire after 2 of my tires were eaten up from THEIR alignments.
