- OGOlive GonzalezDec 1, 20251.0Guys be careful who touches your car an be careful who you trust w your car There's a lot of mechanics out there they like to take advantage of girls when it come to car stuff my car in to get a AC recharge and they claim It's actually a engine problem but the funny thing is 4 other Mechanics said it's an ac problem I don't Evan have engine problems I also went in to get new brakes put on my car an instead of actually doing there job they charged me for Supposedly changing my brakes they never changed they out ik because when i left my brakes still where grinding how they where when i first came in they did a horrible job And there costumer service is shit just saying the man was rude when I went back in there they charged me $750 claiming they changed then when they didn't I would rate them a 1.5 if I could

After quoting me at roughly $900 when I asked about Black Friday deals I was told "that's really just for tires" but "he could try to work something out". Thanks for the waste of time and blatant false advertisement. If nothing else it was a reminder of why I don't go to major chain mechanics/service centers. No integrity.

I was a walk in and as busy as they were they took me in and fixed my Jeep needs! The young man who worked with me was new and I can't remember his name but, his shirt said 'Adam' but was only wearing it until his shirt comes in because he was new. Kudos to him for addressing my urgent request and to the mechanic going the extra mile to satisfactory! I can't say enough about the honesty and exceptional service I receive everytime I walk in the door. I always highly recommend Belle Tire Midland and always will! Thank you again!
