  900 Haley, street location autozone, completely reinstated Customer service guaranteed in my book. I bought a phone holder for my bike no less from a different location that rushed me out the door and then locked it. Because it was close to closing upon entering. Upon entering this store in midland i was immediately asked how can I help you, by the next employee available, her name was Melissa, who turned out to be the store manager. She not only made my other store purchase work And she did it with a smile and didn't even ask for the difference of price back, even though it was a superior product. She just wanted to make it right seeing how I was frustrated from the purchase that wasn't how shall we say It was the right one, but it was a defect upon assembly over in china. Thank you for bringing back the true meaning of customer satisfaction and service, you have a customer for life. And thankyou Melissa for getting me back on the road in just a matter of minutes. 10 thumbs way up to the team at the Hailey location. When minutes matter go to Melissa. 👍 🖖

  Amazing customer service, super friendly and helpful! Not to mention the products were all nicely faced, stocked, and the store was clean as well.

  Came in having a really bad day .battery died like five times on me and one day came to AutoZone and Ryan was absolutely amazing .I appreciate the above and beyond help that he did .changing my battery and I even tried to give him a tip and he was like no my pleasure he was absolutely amazing you need to give this man a raise cuz he did not have to do that and he literally saved the day thank you again Ryan

  I've been going to this store for about two decades. Recently, I conquered a brake job that presented several challenges which required numerous trips to the store to complete over the course of several days. The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful. During one trip I left the snapped bolt-head on the countertop, I returned not expecting them to have any idea where it was and thankfully, the gentleman (I didn't catch his name) had set it aside! I would have to say Melissa and Anthony went above and beyond in ordering the parts I needed, providing tips and tricks, and even sending me somewhere else for a specific bolt I was looking for. Great team at the Haley St. location! Thank you, your help and guidance is appreciated!
