  My mother hit a deer and had her vehicle repaired at this shop. Since then (nearly a month), the headlights have not worked properly, and she is not able to drive at night. When she has shown up and called about getting this issue fixed (they worked perfect before the repair), she does not get any answers or accountability. She has made at least 5 separate efforts to get this issue resolved. They replaced the headlights with OEM headlights, they still don't illuminate like they should. She called Monday to get the issue resolved, her phone call was not returned. She showed up Tuesday, they made excuses, boss was not around, didn't think they could fix it, might have to send it out, and still not even a phone call, not a peep from the Manager or anyone a week later. 09/05/2025 Edited review from 1 star to 3 stars. No one should have to make so many efforts to get their car back from a repair shop in working order.

  We have to take our time to arrange to take the car back for 3-4 days because there are flaws in the hood that need to be fixed
