  My car had damage all down the passenger side from a construction speed sign. When I got it back you could not even tell there was ever any damage! They also communicated every step in the process. Highly recommend!!!

  After being involved in a minor accident, my insurance company used Gerber as a preferred shop. I didn’t disagree because if it’s a preferred shop, surely they’re good, right? WRONG!! My vehicle was towed into Gerber on October 3rd. I didn’t get my vehicle back until the 24th. 3 weeks for minor damage seems highly excessive to me considering my damage. (I am including pics) The icing on the cake is I had just put gas in my car prior to the accident so it would have made it to Gerber with that same amount of gas, right? WRONG!! I picked my vehicle up and my miles to E were 0! My gas light was literally flashing, I’ve owned this vehicle for 4 years and have never seen it that low on gas. That’s just unprofessional and gross. I’ve never had this kind of experience with a shop in my life and hope never to again. I will be letting my insurance company know that one of their “preferred” shops treats their insured this way and I absolutely won’t be referring or returning to Gerber. Do better.

  in the past i always used st clair collision on range until they took 6 months to fix my girlfriend's car after she hit a deer this time I chose Gerber collision and had a great experience everyone there was very friendly and professional they kept me updated during the whole process and finished the job way ahead of schedule they did great work and I couldn't be happier....
