- RKRed KatFeb 19, 20265.0Fantastic service, help and advice today from Alex and Stephen. I bought a used car that reeked of weed and I came in for an air filter. They told me I needed a cabin air filter , not the one that's changed by the oil filter place. I was so grateful. I didn't know how to install it so Alex was so very kind and knowledgeable that he did it for me! Then Stephen suggested a can of Ozone and told me how to use it. It was only $10 so I bought that too. I'm currently doing that now while I write this review. Kudos to Alex and Stephen who were patient in answering my questions and directing me on my solution to this idoriferious problem. Thank you Auto Zone ! And a big thanks to the helpful men! 🙏

AutoZone was right up the road so I pulled in. Steve was so kind and helpful! He found me the size that I needed and even came out to put it on for me in the middle of a snowstorm! I couldn’t get the old piece out so he brought a screwdriver out and got me back on the road within minutes. Customer service was incredible. I will definitely be back. What a nice guy!
