  Serious overbook issue! I reserved my car ahead of time and received confirmation. They called me the day before my reservation date and told me that they don't have a car for me.

  Cooper had the best customer service! He went above and beyond for us and I would come back again and recommend to everyone I know. The Wagoneer was amazing for our family spring break trip. Great experience! Thank you!

  Didn't even have the car we rented. Didn't contact us until almost 2 hours before the rental. Then Gidget thinks it funny to laugh at me while I am complaining. This store is highly unprofessional and I will never recommend it!

  90% of the times that I’ve used enterprise rent a car, I’ve been extremely disappointed. The fact that they will confirm that there is a car waiting for you and then tell you that there are no cars for you when you arrive is maddening. Fortunately, Cooper, the manager at the Marquette branch was reliable, friendly, professional and caring. I wish there were more people on your payroll with his attitude and skill set. Thanks Cooper and I hope your branch have a prosperous 2026
