Thats exactly when we found out that it went to wash, on my wifes typical Thurs call for a status update. They promised to call earlier but like the office manager said when we picked it up, That went quick, last week we were waiting on parts and then went together quickly. No mention we finally said OK we'll come get it this weekend but it has to be Saturday, oh well we wont be around this weekend so we cant do it, sorry we know we told you we could. I was willing to let all this debacle go but then after I get my truck, the windshields not fixed. Notice in his response he never acknowledged dropping the ball on that. I did talk to him that Monday morning explaining the whole debacle his response was ok well I'll let Progressive know. Now that a review could impact his business all of a sudden he wants to talk, nah the time for that was when it was going on. As far is 1 star, yeah I call bs places out but you failed to mention the metric ton of 5 star reviews there and how I'm in the top % of helpful reviewers Moral of the story is you team over promised and failed to deliver even a quality product and I'll highlight that. The point of the review is to avoid preffered partners because your loyalty is to the hand that feeds you.
PROGRESSIVE CUSTOMERS BEWARE of getting your car fixed here because they are a Preferred Provider. Understand that means that they have certain metrics they must keep up for progressive so it causes the issues that I had. Progressive can’t dictate who fixes your vehicle and I can assure you after my issues it will be faster to have another shop do the work. The main difference is as a preferred partner they write your estimates instead of waiting 2or 3 days for a Progressive adjuster to come out and write it.
From the start, they knew my home and office were 6 hours away and it was my work vehicle. They said no problem, we’ll come in on Saturday so you can pick it up and all that good jazz. Everything is fine and they assure us that they’ll schedule it so we won’t be out a loaner or anything. We call every Thursday to check in and for couple weeks, every time it’s the same ole “waiting on parts” which is cool because I’ve been in the business and know the struggle. We call on the third week and it’s in wash, well damn you could’ve gave us the heads up since last week it was probably be a couple weeks. OK fine we’ll be up Saturday morning to pick it up, oh well we cant do that this weekend. Huh, you told me you would and I even offered for them to leave it out in the parking lot and I’ll pay by the phone. The owner didn’t like that idea. Then had to turn in my loaner so lost a week of work thanks to there lack of caring about a situation but that wasn’t the last week this shop costs me.
Best part is I get there and huge stress crack in my windshield. It’s literally textbook stress crack. Drivers side corner, 6 inch u shape around the bottom corner from bottom to top with zero impact point or chip. They knew I smoked a deer @ 65mph. Was it pure incompetence or that loyalty to the hand that feeds them that caused them to miss something so obvious? Or just trying to keep up those Proggresive Days to Complete metrics up? Understand Progressive funnels them work because they’re the only preferred provider within 150 miles, if not more. To make it worse I blew a turbo engine code less than 200 miles after picking it up. Needless to say my truck has been sitting at another repair shop for a week for something that should’ve been done at the original shop in that week that they had it.
Find somewhere else that isn’t partnered with the insurance company because the only thing you save is about 72 hours for the adjuster to come write an estimate. The whole concept seems like a conflict of interest to start. At least a non-partnered facility has no loyalty to the people paying the bill and their loyalty is 100% to the customer

I wanted the hood of my BMW repainted due to some defects in the factory paint. They had the job done quickly and the quality of the work was stellar. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. They also took the extra step of cleaning and detailing the interior too!! My floor mats look like new!! This wasn’t the first service I’ve had done there and it won’t be the last.
