The fact that they will confirm that there is a car waiting for you and then tell you that there are no cars for you when you arrive is maddening. Fortunately, Cooper, the manager at the Marquette branch was reliable, friendly, professional and caring. I wish there were more people on your payroll with his attitude and skill set. Everyone was so nice and made the process easy peasy! They picked me up from the superior collision and I just had to drop it off at superior collision when my car was ready! I forgot my wallet at home and one of the staff members kindly drove me to my house so we could complete the rental process, amazing.
