The fact that they will confirm that there is a car waiting for you and then tell you that there are no cars for you when you arrive is maddening. Fortunately, Cooper, the manager at the Marquette branch was reliable, friendly, professional and caring. I wish there were more people on your payroll with his attitude and skill set.
