- JBJ BishopNov 4, 20251.0Came in to grab some oil and talk to them about an issue with my car. Felipe was outside standing with a bunch of employees. He jumped in front of the gentleman that was helping me and started to act rude and obnoxious. Not sure why he even did that as the other gentleman was helpful. Felipe started armchair quarterbacking and telling me his uneducated opinion on my cars issue. He told me they had no time to help and were very busy even though they had only one customer the entire time I was in the store. I left spending nothing and having a terrible opinion of the store where I generally have received decent customer service by the associates, albeit sometimes. I believe Felipe is on some kind of power trip and is grossly compensating for his lack of knowledge. There is one gentleman here that is outstanding and I will update this review once I determine what his name is. For now, AutoZone needs to ditch Felipe and his unhelpful, egoistical, arrogant attitude. I will buy my parts elsewhere until that time.
