  I hit a deer october 28,2025. I was sent to Gerber Collision and Glass from my insurance company. I was so anxious and stressed, but they were so friendly, and kind. They got me in right away, and answered all of my questions. I am so so grateful for them and the kindness of their staff members. They soothed my frazzled nerves with their professionalism, compassion, and clarity when discussing my vehicle. They handled everything for me, and the one thing that really stood out was that they didnt patronize me just because Im a young woman. I cannot recommend them enough. I'd give 20 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

  Where do I start? I was out-of-state my daughter. Used my car, I've got in an accident, took it there. And I got back to Michigan, after the vehicle had not been used at all, still wasn't ready. My husband took it in. I made another trip out when I got back. The headlight was full of moisture. This supposedly supposed to be brand new, my air conditioning didn't work. So I contacted him. They claim which they better have on paper with login time and out. But they replaced it, we went back again cause they did not do it right. They never called my daughter's phone or my husband's phone or my phone to tell us the part was in for them to replace again. They better have their logins and out picass. After I went in 'cause, I gave him plenty of time because it took him so long to fix it the first time that they said they sent it back. Well, we all checked our phones and they never called us. So they better have proof again, took the car in after they said the part was there. They fix the headlight, but did not fix the air conditioning. So I came back again This time I took a long trip with the car. The air conditioning still didn't work when I had it. Fixed mostly again by them and long behold. We open the hood after driving 300 miles and find a bunch of their tools. So this time I had my husband go back with me. I'm very scared to leave my car with them at this point and told them that they would not have the same person work on it again, right? Well, hopefully they didn't. But again. The air conditioning does not work. And I'm not going back. I am very, very unsatisfied and upset. They put my life in risk by leaving those tools in there, and I was honest and brung them back that were very expensive tools. Now I feel like I shouldn't have. This is ridiculous. Nor would I ever recommend you ever to anything?
