While I was not physically present, my father called me and had me on speakerphone during his interaction with your staff. My father, who is 66 years old and just got into an accident, was trying to handle a situation covered by our AAA insurance. While your assistant manager Keegan was professional, another employee was extremely rude, interrupting the conversation and showing my father a lack of respect. Despite my father’s attempts to communicate calmly, this coworker repeatedly dismissed him and rushed him out before closing time, even though it was not yet six o’clock. I heard this entire exchange myself over the phone, and it was distressing to see my father treated as if his concerns didn’t matter. This situation needs to be addressed. I trust that Enterprise values customer service and will take steps to ensure all customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Treasure did go above and beyond to try to find the service that we were able to use with Enterprise
