  Excellent customer service. We had a great experience at the Madison Heights location. Keegan did an amazing job getting us a vehicle for our trip. I will only reserve cars here from now on.

  Sorry but I unfortunately have to give you guys a 1 star but I'll give keegon 5 stars any day. Keegon is an absolutely amazing, caring, understanding man I've ever met in a long time and I'm glad I got the pleasure to of met him! I have been renting a vehicle from you guys for 4 months I've spent a lot of money renting through you guys I needed the vehicle to get to see my dying mother who is 3 hours north of me, Keegon was great he said bring in 2 proofs of residency if my new address didn't match my license so I did I had my date and Xfinity bills never had any problems or issues with it it showed my address, so come last Friday I went in Keegon wasn't there at the time but the manager was Jacob so I went in had my wife and my 2 years old in the car with all of our stuff due to us renting the car so I showed him the same 2 proofs of residency that I have been showing for the last 4 months and he said he couldn't accept that because my bill was passed due bye a few weeks huh are you for real we were in there for almost an hour dealing with this man and Keegon was there after he kept apologizing to us you guys never once said to us that we couldn't rent a vehicle if our bill was passed due so Jacob left went outside came back in it was 5pm you don't close until 6pm and said nope I got give you guys a ride home I can't want won't accept those good luck and then another guy took us home. That same night I called Enterprise in Troy asked to speak to a manager and asked hey if my bill is passed due can I still rent from you he said absolutely that doesn't matter to us as long as you have to proofs of residency you will be good to go! Thank God because I needed this car to get up north to see my dying mother! Jacob should definitely not be a manager he was absolutely rude heartless had an attitude from the get go and looked like he hasn't showered in a week his hair was all grease and nasty. We weren't the only ones who had an issue with Jacob that day either a man in front of us did too he was rude and nasty to that man. So now due to this situation we will no longer be or ever be renting from your company in Madison heights, something should be done about this because like I said I spent over $4,000 in 4 months with this place, Keegon needs to be the manager he needs more then a raise, he was an absolutely amazing person thank you Keegon but please please for the love of God if you want people to rent from you you should really do something about Jacob , I would like to have corporate phone number because I'd like to address this with them, I spent wat to much money with your business in Madison heights to be treated the way I was that day. If I were you and needed to rent a car go to the one in Troy they are absolutely amazing people there we were in and out in 10 minutes great guys over there. Don't come to this location if you want to be treated like a piece of trash from Jacob if Keegon is working then yes go bye all means but you guys never said anything about the policy stating you couldn't rent to someone with a pass due balance on a bill that's not right and Jacob needs to be held accountable from what he's done and does

  Im giving it a 5 star because of one person keegon absolutely amazing person very personal helped us out every time we have been renting a jeep compass from them for about 4 months never had any issues, our address on our license wasn't the same as where we lived so we had to show 2 proof of residency which we did a DTE bill and a Xfinity bill never had a problem with keegon well come Friday December 12th we came in to renew our contract and Jacob the manager was working he wouldn't accept our 2 proof of residency because our Xfinity bill was pass due bye 2 weeks but it still showed where we lived! He kept interrupting my husband then we had an hour to figure out what the issue was he came back in and said nope sorry but I can't accept those so well have to give you a ride home so they gaveus a ride home with our 2 year old son and all of us stuff Jacob was very unprofessional very rude we weren't the only ones who had an issue with him the guy before us did to, keegon is absolutely the most nicest guy we met he has a heart knowing the reason we needed this car was to go see my husband dying mother 3 hours up north he cared and he should be the manager honestly! So we called the Enterprise in Troy talked to the manager there and he said it didn't matter if our bill was pass due as long as it shows where we live, thank God because now we will no longer be spending our money here we will be going to the one in Troy. Keegon need more then a raise he's a great professional man and we are so happy to have met him! When it comes to Jacob something needs to be done with that situation we have spent a lot of money to your company in the last 4 months you asked for 2 proof of residency we showed them that should be it. Jacob is a very rude inconsiderate human who should not be a manager! So I would recommend going there if keegon is working but if not go to Troy we were in and out in 10 minutes they were very nice and professional people.
