  The Manager really takes care of you from the phone calls prior, to which Tire is recommended while there!! Plus, their Rates are Incomparable to other places! No wait, right on time for our appointment too! In & out. Thanks.

  They Giving false information to purchase brand new tire. Later found from different mechanical shops that it was valve steam replacement need to done (tpms sensor style) this why air was leaking... $80 dollars job done vehicle is running good now.

  This shop lacks basic competency. I went in for a coolant flush and dropped my car off at 8:00 AM. At 8:30 AM they called to say they were starting, but by 10:30 AM they told me they couldn’t complete the coolant flush because they didn’t have the correct fitting. They also tried to sell me two new tires when one front tire only needed an alignment and the other tire was brand new with zero wear. On top of that, they failed to latch the hood properly—one decent bump and I could’ve ended up needing a new windshield. I guess reputation isn’t everything. Golden Star Tire in Warren provides far better tire service, and if you need a coolant flush, go down the road to Quick & Easy Oil Change—you’ll pay less and it’s faster.

  Unbelievable nick wanted to charge over $300 in labor to change a brake light on cadillac xts Claimed had to remove entire bumper assembly. It's 3 bolts ten min job Also refused to replace ride height sensor so I could get an alignment couldn't give me listed visual inspection and estimate for vehicle after paying for tire replacement. Total scam! Don't let your mom or grandma take their cars here they either don't want to work or their ridiculously robbing people and or both!

  Came here for a flat that they did fix for free. But was messing with my cars computer to see if I needed any " extra" services. No OIL LIGHT ON... I have a brand new car and it just came out of the dealership service dept for an engine problem. I did need an oil change but didnt want it done at the dealership bc i find them incompetent. Belle tire went to my computer and found out I was at 16% and offered an oil change for almost $100. I said go ahead even though I wasn't there for that. They put my car up and fixed the tire and then put the car back down on the ground. That was an hour.. then proceeded to put my car back up in air to do the oil change which took another hour. Plus they didnt even fill my windshield washer fluid with the oil change which is STANDARD at any oil change place & for that kinda money seems like you would. I wouldn't come back here for an oil change. It took 2 hours for an oil change and a screw in my tire. There was no other customers waiting but me. Seems like you would do the oil change and tire fix at the same time. It was very inconvenient for me and expensive for not even a full service oil change. Im not even sure they did one at this point. Never showed me proof and didnt fill my windshield fluid. I won't be back here for nothing.
