- MFmatt fasangNov 7, 20255.0Let's talk about EXCEPTIONAL service and this location. I had a tire blow out on a very dangerous part of 1-75 in Detroit...Had no spare (newer vehicles don't...) Had a terrible time getting a tow to come to that area. It finally came. I called this location and it was a half hour before closing on a Saturday (BUSY day...) I explained my situation and experience with Manager Ryan and asked if he could stay open until the vehicle at least arrived with the tow. Tow arrived at closing. Ryan had his ENTIRE team stay waiting and ready and after a lengthy inspection and safety check REPAIRED the tire and would not take ANY payment (I tipped the tech's)...LEAST I could do. I only go to Belle Tire and always get great service, but this was FAR beyond what you would expect. It was a long day and everyone wanted to go home!....What a GREAT manager and crew.... Thank you again Ryan...You and your team ROCK!!

Drove the car back and told them to torque the wheels correctly this time. Hit or miss place, honestly. Real professionals don’t make this kind of mistake, it’s part of their job right? Go to discount tire instead.

They said they would have to torch them and then I would need whole new wheels because the heat would damage the hub. They quoted me almost $900 for each tire. My brother just had the wheels off to check my brakes and he had no trouble getting them off. And now they put them on so tight, that they are stripped and I have to have them cut off. I wanted to give them a 0 rating but that's not an option. And they didn't give me the money back that I paid for the new tires.
