He told me come around and he would fill my tire for me and he found a nail in my tire. He went to his personal vehicle and grabbed a patch plug and patched my tire for me until I get paid to buy a new tire.

- EKEnayet KhanSep 22, 20251.0AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This review is for anyone considering new tires and who doesn’t want their car shaking/vibrating after the service. I spent ~$1,200 on new tires for my Chevy Equinox at this location, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Immediately after leaving, I noticed vibration. I took it back, and they confirmed all four wheels were out of balance. They re-balanced them, but somehow it was even worse after that. Because I travel a lot for work, I had to endure these vibrations for hundreds of miles before I could get it checked again each time. Eventually, I brought it to another Belle Tire location, where they again found the wheels were out of balance, and on top of that, the alignment was off. Balancing tires is a basic task for a tire shop, and it should not take multiple visits or multiple shops to get it right. On the positive side, the service writers were helpful and kind. Unfortunately, their helpfulness didn’t make up for the technicians’ repeated failure to do such a fundamental job.
