  Belle Tire is my number 1 shop when it comes to replacing my tires, getting a wheel alignment or tire balance. I appreciate how when you purchase a set of tires, you can come back anytime for free tire rotations and wheel balancing, that's tip tier! If you purchase the 1 year wheel alignment package, you can get your wheel alignment done anytime throughout that 12 month period at no additional cost. One last note that matters, they're one of the rare tire shops that offer a free airpump station at every location that runs 24/7 for anyone to use at anytime, now that's true customer service even for people who are not even their own customers!

  We were in town for general fun. Smoked a pothole and needed emergency tire replacement. These humans got us in right away and soon we were back to the day at hand. 5/5 10/10

  Avoid this shop❗️ When you go to a professional shop, you expect honesty, good diagnosis, and quality work. Unfortunately, my experience here did not meet those expectations. Customer service was also disappointing. The staff did not explain things clearly and did not seem interested in making sure the problem was properly resolved.

  I do NOT recommend this place. Yesterday, I went to Belle Tire because my front wheel was making a loud noise. I clearly told the receptionist that I believed the sound was coming from the wheel bearing and asked them to properly check and fix the issue. He said they would inspect it and call me. About an hour later, they called and told me the noise was coming from the brake pads and that I needed to replace them. I asked multiple times if they were 100% sure because I did not want the noise to continue. They confidently said yes. I trusted them and paid $477.91 for the repair. When I picked up the car at the end of the day, they told me the shop was closing and, with my permission, left my keys in a safe place. However, the problem is STILL EXACTLY THE SAME. The noise did not change at all. This is extremely disappointing. Either they did not properly diagnose the issue or they did not take my concern seriously. I feel like the mechanic and receptionist were not professional, and I wasted almost $500 without fixing the real problem. I will not return to this location again, and I will be sharing my experience with my friends, family, community, and Facebook groups. Very unhappy customer.
