I thought no big deal, they just can't credit my card, they will have cash it out. That's policy. Long story short, they won't take it at all. They clame, they don't ever have enough cash. They won't go to the bank either! I've called corporate as well. I get the run around there as well! So keep this in mind on your core returns!!! They will screw you!!!!

My dad purchased a new battery for my 2017 Chevy Colorado, and from the moment we walked in, Jeff provided exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure we had the right battery and understood everything involved. What truly stood out was how far above and beyond Jeff went — he didn’t hesitate to come outside and personally install the battery in my truck. He made what could have been a stressful situation quick, easy, and completely worry-free. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. Jeff represents AutoZone in the best possible way, and because of him, I will absolutely continue to shop at this location and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you, Jeff, for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile — it truly meant a lot to us!

And said, 'you dont know how to turn on your car and plug in something.' Very rude, very unnecessary. And it wasn't like they were busy. I was the only person in the store.
