My only discrepancy would be the time it takes to have the service done considering a drop the car laugh at 9:30 am and it took until almost 6: 30pm before I had my car back. I understand a lot of places are short staff these days but this place look like it had quite a lot of people working.... But I guess I can't judge the process since I'm not an expert on the situation.
- SLSteve Lynn5 days ago1.0Went to belle tire today stood in line at the door before 8am finally made it to see one of the service advisors approximately 8:40 am. Told the gentleman that I needed some tires put on my truck, I had my own tires so he came out to look at them told me yes they would be able to put them on, but not today maybe tomorrow or the next day. He said he had to many appointments and that my job would be a fill in between jobs when they slowed down. So if I leave the truck I should have it back in the next couple of days. I guess I’m upset, mad but mostly disappointed to know that I would be a fill in between jobs and it could take up to two days for them to put a set of tires on my truck. Makes no sense that my money is not as green as someone who would come in behind me or even before me. Looking into the shop there was one car being worked on. So to tell me it would take 2 days is confusing. I have had work done in the past and they wanted to tell me that i needed new parts to be put on my front end of truck in order to do the alignment. All the parts were replaced a week before hand by myself. So just beware do your homework they appear to just be a money grab store bigger jobs take priority over tires etc. Again disappointing know how I was treated. Will not be going back hopefully they get it figured out. Good luck belle tire. Sad

I usually go to the 'other' tire place but I was losing tire pressure so fast I was closest to Belle Tire. And boy was I glad I did. Dan H. took care of me. And for that reason, I will never go back to the 'other' tire place. The treatment i received from Dan H was second to none. Dan greeted me with a smile and hand shake. He even volunteered to go and pick up my new tire at a different location so that I wouldn't have to bring my car back the next day. Dan went beyond the norm. Luckily, for me I didn't need a new tire, they were able to 'patch' it. I am a Belle Tire customer from this day forward because of Dan H. He was professional, polite and knowns how to treat the customer.

- AMAnthony MeslehNov 7, 20252.0I'm not doubting their expertise or ability to complete the job but I dont understand why it takes 3+ hours to just start an Oil Change even though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. P.S. Do not trust them when they say it shouldn't be much longer. "Just ONE more car in front of you." As of right now, is the equivalent to 1.5 hours of me waiting. Oh and the other reviews/complaints of constant up-selling and uninterested employees is extremely evident from my 4+ hours of observation here. Belle Tire. NEVER AGAIN!
