  Absolute waste of a day. I dropped my truck off at 10:00 AM after being quoted a 1–2 hour turnaround for an alignment. I spent five hours walking around Hall Road waiting. When I returned at 3:00 PM, my truck hadn't even been touched. When I asked for an explanation, I was simply told "we're busy" and handed my keys back. No apology, no effort to make it right, and zero respect for my time. Go somewhere else

  Very disappointing experience. When I asked about the condition of my tires, the front desk staff said he didn’t know because he was “just the front desk,” and his tone was clearly impatient. Customers deserve professionalism and basic respect, and that was not shown here. I would not recommend this location.

  How disappointing. I have taken all of my cars here for work as i had gotten satisfactory work and good customer service. I bought a older car this summer and immediately had an appointment for this shop (out of my way) two days later. I told them i just bought it and it needed a brake job bad. I was very clear on BRAKES. It ended up needing more since it was old, they talked me through it and i approved. Back brake lines were done and misc stuff, they gave me my paper work stating a safety inspection had been done and it had passed and they had done their work, all good to drive on the road. On the way driving the car jerked involuntarily ...then at a stop light i noticed the passenger side wheel was SMOKING!!!!!!! Immediately parked it and had it towed back, they took accountability and supposedly fixed it. I trusted if they messed up this badly they would for sure fix it and make sure its OK or at the very least be honest. Now , we are here. Currently having front end work done including taking apart the wheels. The brakes have clearly never been touched. They are so worn, so rusted, they look like the original brakes from 1999. Now i looked at my final receipt and infact they did not charge me for the front brakes, i did not notice until now but its only hearsey if i say i was very verbal and clear, i mean the service guy sat with me face to face with me and made sure i was okay with the brake line work and brakes being done all of that. Dont know, but i do know i will never return my business here as they have sent a young girl out on hall road in a dangerous vehicle. I came here because i trusted them and their mechanics and all of my friends and coworkers go here too, i will be informing them of this as well to not return to this business. I was told by my new mechanic supposedly they did not want to work on my older unique vehicle because its harder and takes more effort than your average traffic. If that is the case they should turn clients away and be honest instead of wasting clients time, almost 2k, and possibly injuring me or someone else if my vehicle failed after their supposed safety inspection. All of that would fall on me after i put my trust and money in them! Just wow! Please look at these photos and tell me that this wear and tear happened within 6 months. I love this car so much i treat it well, never slamming on the brakes USUALLY engine braking. They literally crumpled when they were removed. I would ask for some sort of credit or compensation but i do not trust this chop shop.

  I drove 20 minutes to this Belle Tire only to be turned away. After waiting over 10 minutes to be helped, I was told they wouldn’t take my car because they were closing soon — even though I only had a flat tire. No effort, no care, and no respect for customers’ time. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

  About a week ago, I called and asked how much it would cost to get the valve stem on my car replaced, and I was quoted $110. No problem, it needed to be done. Today, I went in with my kids to get it fixed, and as I was leaving, an employee named Robert told me I did not have to pay anything and that he had it covered. When I tell you I almost started crying, I mean it. Money has been really tight these past few months, and we honestly did not have the extra money to get this done. Him not charging us was truly a lifesaver. I cannot believe he did that for me and my family. It was the kindest thing anyone has done for us in a long time. If I could give this man 1,000 stars, I absolutely would.
