- AGA G5 days ago1.0Awful and deceptive. 2 days to find the problem for my car that was clunking. Then they tried to charge me 150 for the problem being a bolt needing to be torqued so no supply’s just labor… he said the guy didn’t find it yesterday his words not mine because he was “lazy” so today two mechanics went on the drive to hear the noise that only took me (1 person) to hear. So as I’m questing the price he said it’s due to the mechanic and the two today looking at it. I told him it’s not fair that I’m being charged for the “lazy” mechanic yesterday to look at it.. then he took that off. I feel like they tried to deceive me and had I not questioned it they would have charged me 150 to torque a bolt… that’s crazy. My son missed his occupation therapy due to them not taking the time to look and find the problem yesterday. It took TWO FULL DAYS to find the bolt and torque it… absolutely crazy I will never be back. So BEWARE

They did the alignment anyway without my approval and tried to change me $175 for it. The manager after saying "let's be real, you were going to get it anyway" at least knocked $50 off. Still terrible experience again. And to top everything off all 4 tires were low. Definitely not going back again

- BTbob thorntonDec 10, 20255.0I took my jeep in to get 2 front tires and a alignment, the car had been there since 8 am they did not take it in till 7:30 at night , when I left at 810 that night. Driving home it did not feel right, when I got home I found they had taken my good tires off the back and left the bald ones on the front. When I went back the next day , Mike said our bad , and they would put my tires back on right away , after a 1.5 hours I looked out side to see the jeep in the parking lot, of course no one told me it was done , so then when I got in the car the low air indicator was on , so I went back to tell them and they said so had to drive it and it will reset. Of course it never did I went to Discount tire and both front tires were low. The end result is I will never back to bell tire and I share my horrible experience with all my friends
