- NMNichole Maeder1 day ago3.0After having brake pads done on our Ford Transit at Belle Tire some time ago, we later had a wheel come completely off while driving. Another shop found that the lug studs were shattered and told us they are torque-to-yield, one-time-use bolts that should be replaced when removed during brake service. When we brought this to the attention of employees at Belle Tire, it was shrugged off, which was disappointing given the severity of the situation. While we can’t prove fault, this raises serious concerns about whether proper procedures were followed. This was an extremely dangerous situation, and I would strongly encourage others to verify what is being replaced not just reused during repairs.

Guy came out measured the tread and said nope can’t do it and then walked inside didn’t try and sell us new tires or anything! We probably would have gotten some! Missed opportunity and now I’ll never come back to this bell tire!

Usually I’m use to having to wait or having a tire place keeping my car a day or two! He helped me out and affordable prices as well! Today I had a flat on my brand new tire I just got put on there’s a screw that is in my tire! I called belle tire I specifically asked for Gary today is my day off and I wad worrying about how I’ll get to work tomorrow . I called at 2pm Gary tells me to bring my car in so I did and they got my car back there and worked on it immediately. Everyone here is very efficient kind and very friendly. I absolutely recommend coming to this belle tire ! Gary been nothing but a life saver I am very blessed for his wonderful hard working staff as well!
