  Darnisha is the manager for this facility and she did an absolute excellent job of managing incoming traffic super professional, very respectful employees who did the oil change. I really appreciate this velvetline. I will go out of my way to come the valveylene oil change on five mile road every time.It's time even though I live in westland I feel very confident and comfortable with this team right now they are corporate level and your girl darnisia needs a raise.

  Very busy. Was so impressed with each and every employee. The interaction with the customers and each other, was amazing, even being as busy as they were. A lot of positive energy ,( much needed these days)…. The professionalism and the attention to detail, never waned…. From the Manager to the current Trainee- hats off to you!

  I had my wife's oil changed at this location on 3/5. I asked them to replace the right windshield wiper but they ended up replacing both. I didn't question it but I was still in shock that it was $50 for a set of blades. I assumed they were a premium product so I felt fine spending the money. Today, less than a month later, the drivers side blade broke off. I told my wife to go back to Valvoline because I bought them from them and I am sure they will replace it, since its less then a month old. When she got to the store, the woman that spoke with her said that "she didn't break the wiper" and made her pay for a replacement. I have been coming to this Valvoline for 10 years, with all of my cars, and after this I don't plan on going back. there are 5 other oil change places on my way to work I can go to. This was truly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, which is unfortunate because I go to this Valvoline because everyone has always been pretty amazing.

  Thanks Valvoline Team for suggesting the necessary maintenance services you offer, I felt well informed and I plan to return for additional maintenance. I really enjoyed the siphoning process for removing oil and sludge from the bottom up. Thanks for making me feel welcomed, comfortable and informed.

  This is a location I've only been to twice and not the same people were there as before. But I have yet to visit a Valvoline where the team doesn't joke with each other and include the customer. Very professional and knowledgeable about what i need, or could wait a little longer. 5 stars!
