- LHLaura HenningApr 5, 20261.0Safelife Livonia (on Schoolcraft) damaged my cowl so severely I had to replace it ($274). They claimed it was due to wear and tear, but it was not, and I did not feel like arguing with them. They also broke the plastic molding that covers the wire harness going up to the review mirror. I noticed it was loose and rattling after the repair, so I took it down to look at it. Instead of replacing it, as they should have after breaking it, they just taped it into place ($26). The tape did not hold. I get that things happen. It is all about how it is rectified. I will never use Safelife again.

I dropped off at 8 (well before the 9:30 threshold) and here I am at 4:30 still waiting while the receptionist goes home and has little concern for why a 3 hour job that was scheduled ahead, took 9 hours. Worst service, worst pricing, and worst timing.
