- BFBob FrostApr 4, 20261.0I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I got to the location, the manager told me they weren't able to keep my appointment. No call ahead, no notification. Just flatly refused to honor my appointment (which was 2 hours before closing). I explained that I was able to schedule the appointment online, and the counter person said "the system will let you schedule at 5, when we close". That sounds like an issue you need to correct, not me. I was told 'Oh well' by the manager. I would not trust them to fill the air in my tires at this point. So unprofessional.

I arrived and was told by the store manager that the call center probably answered and he can’t do my car till tomorrow. Waste of time. I bought tires for our 4 vehicles. Big mistake. Go to Costco.
