    I love the experience , it feels like a luxury (enterprise-level) car. This is actually my first time driving a Toyota, and it’s so smooth. It saves a lot of gas too. The only downside is that it’s not very kid-friendly, even though my kids are a little older now. But honestly, it’s a gorgeous car and I enjoy driving it so much. And to be real with you, I play the music loud because I’m deaf, I need to really feel the vibration. Overall, I love this car. It’s very comfortable and enjoyable

    The employees at the Livonia Michigan location are so nice. Especially Michael Carney. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with our rental.

    I wouldn't give this location no stars the owner/ rep was so horrible with his customer service it's ridiculous. He is so muthaxxxx RUDE I would never go to this location again!!!

    Alec and another gentlemen were so great! They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the car and drop off was a breeze. We are behind happy with our experience!

    All of the staff were professional. The office was really busy but the staff acknowledged us throughout the process and served us in a quick and efficient manner.
