Told me about how many miles before I anything else would be needed and put a reminder sticker in my window. Everyone was very pleasant.

It was a very high volume day. He was coordinating traffic and making sure fairness was kept with the order of the line. Once I made it into the bay, we learned they unfortunately were out of stock of my oil filter and wouldn’t get it in until Monday. In addition to calling local auto supply stores, he tried calling other Valvoline locations in the area. He wasn’t able to reach anyone close who had it in stock, so he offered to give me a discount if I was able to come back on Monday. I’ve been a Valvoline customer for years and I will remain one thanks to experiences like this! Always appreciate going above and beyond — go and say hi to Velle :)
- NENightSneak EntDec 3, 20251.0Waited in line for 45 min never got in. Left. What the hell are they doing in there rebuilding transmissions. Two cars in took a crew of 4 a hr to do nothing. A oil change takes like 15 min tops. Don’t go to this location unless you want to waste a hour of your life.
