They were great at communicating every step of the way and went above and beyond the oil change (checked both air filters, windshield wipers, added fluid, filled tire air, etc). I had also asked for them to double check my heat shield, as my last visit to a different Uncle Ed's location (on Stadium in Ann Arbor) resulted in it falling off after the service (which damaged it to the point I had to get it replaced). Not only did David check, but Josh made the extra effort to do so for my peace of mind! They helped me with multiple facets of my car all while being very transparent and friendly. I really appreciated them and highly recommend this specific location!
