He was fast clean and didn’t hesitate to show me what was going on when taking out my windshield, I have an older car…rust, holes and what not. I was dealing with a leaking issue and he took all the old adhesive off. Nice, flat and sealed tight! No more leaks!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly never call and complain but I had to with this because the way we were talked to and handled as customers was horrific. Do better Safelite.

We had a technician come to out home to replaced a windshield and he forgot to hook up the hose to use windshield fluid. So I had to schedule an appointment another day for them to come back out. I scheduled off work a half of a day and now the technician is late to the appointment. The company never apologized for the mistake or offered any type of money back. I am not one to complain or be a Karen about things. When I called they act like it's not a big deal no apology or nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service period.

I made an appointment for a glass repair, on a work vehicle. Multiple times, I stated the company uses WEX cards, that I wont be paying out of pocket. The woman said, no problem we've done that before. PERFECT! On the day of the appointment. I get to the counter and the woman I spoke to yesterday, states," so you will be paying out of pocket." No, I'll be using the WEX card to pay. The same women I spoke to yesterday, say's you'll have to contact your fleet team, to set that up, they did it wrong in the system.... "Lady, you were the one I talked to yesterday about the appointment, that I clearly stated I was using a fleet card, for my fleet vehicle. Just grinds your gears yk!

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday to have my husband's windshield replaced. I was given a six-hour service window (between 1:00 and 6:00 pm) and my husband took the day off of work. He waited all day—no tech, no call, no updates. Had to go through 40 telephone hoops to try to contact someone to ask if the tech was going to show up because the sun was setting at that point, but only got a generic answer about the 6-hour window. 5:30 PM rolled around and we tried to call the store again, only to discover that despite offering a 1-6 PM window, the store closes at 5 PM, meaning you can't get ahold of anyone to ask questions. When we called the next morning to find out what happened, the person on the phone casually told my husband that the technician “didn’t get done until after 7 PM” and that someone was supposed to call and let us know. Well, they didn’t. Not even a courtesy text to explain the situation. Instead, the gentleman on the phone offered to reschedule the appointment for two days later (Wednesday), as if the appointment I’d already scheduled meant nothing. No apology, no acknowledgment of the error, nothing. My huband asked if they could send us to a different location, and they immediately shut that down, claiming no other location would have the right glass. Whether that's true is beside the point--it's the unwillingness to help fix THEIR mistake that's the problem. At that point my husband just asked to cancel, and the response we got was, quote, “If that’s what you wanna do.” Again, no apology, no attempt to fix the situation, no professionalism at all. They refunded us with no hesitation, which tells me that they clearly didn’t care about keeping our business. This was a complete failure of communication and customer service. Am I to presume that this happens all the time? Is it normal for a tech to no-call no-show no-communicate? Were we simply supposed to go 'that's okay,' and then bend over and offer these people 500 dollars out of pocket for the privilege of being disrespected? The audacity you'd have to have to expect to just reschedule an appointment for two days after the original appointment was scheduled after YOU screwed up the first one is STAGGERING. Take your business somewhere that actually respects their customers. Don't waste your time with Safelite.
