  The guy’s here at Metro 25 said what they were going to do and followed through on that. When some issue arose, I was consulted to determine the best course of action. Awesome Job!

  Took my car in for faulty tire valve, they also rotated my tires and reset my tire pressure sensors. A week later I took my car in for another tire issue. This time I was told 3 of 4 tire pressure sensors were bad. I asked how that good be when 2 were for sure working as that is what brought me in. Rick told me the batteries can just die. They can die, but rarely do all 3 or 4 go at one time, especially within 1 week. The week before no one mentioned any issues when they reset the sensors. Upon questioning, the mechanic said the tire tech did the testing and maybe their machine was off. I asked if they could have damaged it with tire repair as this all made no sense. I told them I was going to take my car to another shop to verify what they told me, and if my sensors were working I would be filing a complaint. The mechanic then went out and checked my tires and came in saying now they were all working. It was a miracle. First 3 of 4 were bad, then upon questioning and telling them I was going to another shop to verify what they were telling me, all of sudden they were all working. Rick also refused my request to have the mechanic name and cert number on my receipt as required by law. I did take my car to another shop the next day, and in fact verified that all my tire sensors are working just fine. I stood with the mechanic as he scanned them and saw the read out. No issues at all. Formulate your own opinions. Just sharing my experience to help others.

  I won't take my vehicle anywhere else after finding Chris and the crew! They have always gotten me in right away and I've never been without my ride for more than 24 hours. Chris always explains what needs to be done and what it will cost before hand.

  Sold used tires as new. The same day after leaving the store a tire developed a leak. Return to have them check the work and identified a patch on my so called new tires. My advice - avoid this shop
