They patched my tire, rotated the tires and changed my oil in about in hour. I got there early on a Saturday so I was able to get in and out. I usually take my vehicle to the dealership, but now you have to schedule oil changes with them and their appointments were a few weeks out. I didn't want to wait so I'm glad I went ahead and got it changed at Metro 25/Firestone. One thing I will forever appreciate is that I received a text from Chris & John a few days after they performed the services to check on me and to see how my tire was holding up. Having proper air pressure is important, so I was very impressed that they reached out. That's going above and beyond and exemplifies exceptional customer service! I highly recommend! Very nice, professional service staff.

- BRBeth RiceNov 30, 20251.0Worst repair facility EVER! Put tires on that we provided a d asked for our old tires back. When we got home we realized that they only gave us 3 back. They kept the best looking tire. When we called about it they lied and said all of them were in our truck and we must have lost it. We also had some welding work done on the exhaust. They charged us $450 and said it took their welder 3 hours to do the job. The job was so bad we had to have it re-done and it was removed and re-done in an hour and only cost $150. When we called John said “So, what do you want me to do about it?” He refused to stand by his work. We will NEVER go back. Suggest you stay far far away from this place!!
