When I got my car back they scratched my passenger side window and my windshield when the put the new rear view mirror in. My bumper isn’t flush with my head lights, my head light is a different color than the one that was on my car before. There are scuff marks on my passenger door that I had to buff out. My engine has a miss fire or something that wasn’t there before the accident. Just not happy with the way I car came back.

I patiently waited 5 minutes before having to ask him for some help. Then on top of that they told me I had to come back and make an appointment just so I can get a quote for some basic collision repair. I've been to 5 collision centers before coming to them just to shop around and not a single one of them told me to schedule an appointment. They all came out and did the estimate right then and there. Not like they were doing anything anyway. Lost a cash paying customer.
