I purchased a tire along with the full installation package (mounting, balancing, valve stem, etc.). Within just two weeks, the tire developed a slow leak. I removed the tire myself, took it back to the store, and they confirmed it was leaking from the valve stem they had installed. While I appreciate that they replaced the valve, the real issue came afterward. When I asked to bring my vehicle in to swap the repaired tire with my spare, I was told the next available appointment was five days away. I’m now expected to drive on my spare for nearly a week for a 5-minute job that AAA did in less time! This kind of scheduling and lack of customer priority—especially after buying both the tire and installation from Belle Tire—shows a real disregard for customer service and responsibility. Once they’ve made the sale, it feels like your business no longer matters. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t be fooled by this misleading advertisement. I went in for a simple slow tire leak, and they told me I’d have to leave my car there for hours. When I asked how long it might actually take, they couldn’t even give me an estimate.

I had to come in two more times for valve stem issues (3 out of 4 tires). I was told all tires were checked and are good. Now im trying to figure out where to take my car to get the fourth one fixed, because I won't be coming back to Belle Tire.

Timeline: Feb 2022 odometer at 119,500, brakes are fine. July 2022 odometer at 121k and $980 of brake work done. July 2025 and odometer at $131k - so about 10k miles on car in 3 years - and I was just charged $1200 to replace my back brakes and they failed to return my two wheel locks. Came in with same problem as July 2022. This time they said they had to remove the parking brake because it was causing the problem. And, now, they want another $382 for front brake work. They also want to charge me $845 to redo the right front turn arm that was done about 15k miles ago. Currently have about 18k on 2 of my Continental Tires which Belle says are 50k mile tires on the printout I was given, and I am being told I should replace them. Me = female.
