- JKJames Kroetsch4 days ago5.0My battery was under warranty and first i went to the auto Zone on 8 mile in farmington and the employees were lazy and unprofessional. So I went to auto zone on middlebelt in Livonia and instantly the employees were extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond. The young lady that helped me, i didn't get her name but she is awesome. Very nice and polite. I swear she needs a promotion and a raise. If management sees this she is a young lady with brown hair. Please give her a raise. She deserves it!! Truly awesome. But they gave me a warranty swap on my battery with no problems. I won't go anywhere else to get all my car parts and assesories. If I could give 10 stars I would. Just wanted to say thank you!

Drove back for trip #2 to get the missing items. Got home, one item was still incorrect. Just went for trip #3 to exchange the wrong item. 25 minutes each way x3. Way to not pay attention and completely waste a customer's time. 🤦‍♀️
