I knew what length I needed and grabbed them, then the cashier offered to look up if they match my car, so I happily shared my car details. He confirmed the wipers were a match but when I got home, I found out that yes the length was right, but this brand had the wrong kind of attachment (my car could only use ones with the hook attachment). The return process went smoothly but it was disappointing to feel like I had an item "checked out" for me just for the wipers to be wrong. I would have hoped that someone working here would have been able to look up/catch that information as I expect them to know more about car parts than me. Regardless, the return process went smoothly so I still very much appreciated the quick and polite customer service. It's just disappointing to be sold the wrong parts after taking the time to try to check with a worker.
