  I made an appointment at this location for a simple balance and rotate for my tires. I could see the technician working on my vehicle from the waiting room. I knew that he hadn't rotated the tires properly. I specifically asked for a 4 wheel drive rotate. Upon receiving my keys, I explain to the guy that the passenger side tires had not been rotated. I'm pretty sure the rotation wasn't done right at all. After showing him proof including the wear pattern on the tires, his response was to go back and ask other employees about the rotation. Which only one technician worked on my vehicle, So I don't know what the other three had comments about. He comes back out basically calls me a liar and refused to finish the rotation. I work midnights so I don't have a lot of time to get things done during the day. So now I have to go somewhere else so someone else can do the job right!. If they can't handle doing a simple tire rotation, why would I trust them to do anything else.? If I were you I would stay far away from this location, because when they get it wrong, they're gonna do nothing to fix it. I will never be back to this location. I will tell everyone I know to avoid it as well.. Mistakes happen, but not correcting them shows a lot about how you run your business and what you think about your customers.

  Had 4 new tires installed today, service was excellent! They beat their competitors price and did a great job. I always check the lugnuts after any work is done on my car and none of them were over tightened. I will be returning for my next set for sure.

  Was scheduled to have a front wheel alignment last week. We were checked in by Justin. We watched cars come and go. However, the screen kept saying scheduling a technician. Time slated to be finished was 12:05. By 11:44-11:50, I went to inquire as to how much longer our wait would be. He looked as if I was bothering him. That’s when he stated the wheel alignment technician was not in. His others guys would have to stop and do the alignment. I asked for the keys to so we could leave. Justin gave them, with no apology at all and if he was happy that we were leaving. Justin never once informed us of the techs absence. Nor did he say after 30 minutes-1 hour he wasn’t coming in. Now, I felt as if the people getting more done was a preference. The fact that we were two women, that were made to feel like an inconvenience, is totally unacceptable.
