  The guys here are always nice, and are happy to explain when I have questions. They've always gotten my car back in working order and driving much better than before I took it in. The most recent round of repairs were particularly difficult, and even though they can't buy the part I need (which is no fault of their own, I've looked myself and the part is genuinely just impossible to find) they've gone above and beyond in referring me to welders and junkyards I could check with. Bring your vehicle here for peace of mind that you've got a good team working on it.

  My daughter went here because she had a nail in her tire. The nail was in the side wall so the tire needed to be replaced. Steve at the counter told my daughter that she needed to replace both tires because the other one was worn out too. Her car is not even 9 months old and the tires only have 13,000 miles on them. He also tried to get her to replace all four but she couldn't afford them. So she went with the two. On her way home she called me and I had her go back so I could talk to the manager. After further discussion the manager agreed that the other tire didn't need to be replaced. They ended up swapping the tire back to the original and crediting her.

  This place is terrible! I buy four tires from them and get the works. Balance flat repair... ! So I have a blowout and take it to them and walk home. Half an hour before they close I call them and ask them about the car. Oh it's done and the tire is replaced, had to pay for the new warranty and taxes. OK so far so good as long as I get the car ! Get my shoes on and walk the half mile. No calls telling me that the car was ready! Get home and park tire pressure warning light is on ! Really you couldn't reset it ?? It's your tire that failed! You would like to think that a true professional, or a reputable company would know that ! Just go to discount tire next time !!!

  I got a leak in my valve stem the night before I was due to leave on a road trip pulling my camper. While they couldn't get it done that night I appreciated the honesty Richard presented when giving reasons for not being able get it done. Due to the custom wheels and nature of my vehicle (Ram 3500 Diesel) he didn't want his newer techs messing something up and would feel more comfortable with his experienced techs solving the issue first thing in the am. I left the truck over night and first thing in the morning I get a call saying my truck is ready. I go pick it up and they say no charge and have a safe trip. That's great customer service, honesty and integrity. They have a new customer for life with that service. Thank's Richard and gang for fixing me up.

  Despite the short staff and busy flow, Richard and Kj handled the lobby great keeping their heads on running to the shop and dealing with calls and customers.
